Setting a submission deadline ensures that bids from various contractors are opened simultaneously by the contracting company. Until the submission date is reached, bids cannot be accessed.
Submission deadline in the awarding unit:
When creating a new bid package or editing an existing bid package via the overview tab, select the field for the blind tender.
Enter the date and time in the blind tender field when the submitted bids may be opened simultaneously for users.
After publication, you can see which bidders have submitted offers. The bid amount remains hidden until the bids are opened.
When the submission deadline is reached, submitted bids can be viewed by clicking the Open Now button.
As long as the bids have not yet been opened, bidders can continue to submit offers even after the submission deadline. Once the bids are opened, submission of offers is no longer possible for bidders.
Additionally, you can view the status history of the invited bidders to see when and by whom the submission was opened.
After the end of the first round, you can easily start a new submission round by clicking on "Start again".
Set the new submission date and a new date for the opening of tenders.
The new submission date and the new bid opening date are visible in the bidder list and can be adjusted until the bids are reopened.
You can create an unlimited number of submission rounds.
The tendering function with submission date is included in the Cosuno Gold package. More about the Cosuno Gold package.
Define user rights for blind tenders
Through the approval process, you can determine which users and user roles are allowed to open the submission. A multi-level approval process for opening can also be defined.
