The integrated price assistant helps you to calculate the prices for your bill of quantities items (BoQ items) precisely.

The Price Assistant
The integrated price assistant is located in the left sidebar, next to the navigation bar. To the right of this, you will see the bill of quantities (BoQ).

This is how it works:
To calculate the price, you can use the calculator as follows:
Open calculator: Click on the corresponding button in the sidebar to open the calculator.
Use functionality: Use the advanced functions of the calculator to perform accurate calculations.
Different cost types
Unit price calculation and total price calculation
Use result: As soon as you have completed the calculation, transfer the result directly to the price field in the bill of quantities by clicking on “Save”.
2. Price reference value: determination of fair market prices based on comparative values
The price reference value helps to determine market-driven prices for the requested services so that they are neither too expensive nor too cheap.
This function uses artificial intelligence (AI) to predict a price range in which your unit price should ideally lie.
Automatic display of the price reference value: The price reference value is automatically displayed in the sidebar as soon as you select an BoQ item.
Recommended price range: You receive a recommended price range based on historical data and market analysis.
Price adjustment: Use this information to review or adjust your price to ensure it is competitive and in line with the market.
What is the price reference value? It is a comparative value that assesses the competitiveness of the services you offer on the basis of current market prices. It shows how your price compares to similar offers from other providers. This value helps you to adjust your pricing so that it is not only competitive, but also improves your chances of winning orders.
The “Price reference value” function is currently in the BETA phase and may not yet be visible to you.
3. Add discount / surcharge to an item
Simply and directly apply discounts or surcharges to your item prices.
That is how it works:
Click on the discount / surcharge button in the left sidebar.
Enter the desired percentage or the absolute amount for the discount or surcharge.
Confirm your entry to adjust the price automatically.
4. Internal price library
The internal price library contains all your previous quotes that you have submitted for similar BoQ items. Use this historical data to make consistent and informed pricing decisions.
Search through your previous submissions by searching for the name of the position.
Use this data as a reference to set current prices.
Transfer a price to the current BoQ by clicking on the '+' icon.
