Once you have awarded the contract to a subcontractor, you can evaluate them in the "Subcontractor" tab.

You can access the tab on the left-hand menu bar.

Then search for the company that has been awarded the contract.

To do this, you can use the filter function and filter by name, for example, or tick the "Awarded" box to display all subcontractors who have already been awarded a contract.

Once you have found the right subcontractor, click on it to access the subcontractor screen.

Another way to view this detailed view of the subcontractor is to click on the name of the subcontractor in the top right-hand corner of the "Bidder" tab within an award unit.

In the view of the subcontractor, go to the "Evaluation" tab to submit your evaluation.

You then have the option in the evaluation screen to evaluate the services of subcontractors who have been awarded the contract for the corresponding award units. Simply click on "Rate" to assign 1-5 stars. You also have the option of writing an additional text.

After you have rated a subcontractor, a summary of the rating is presented in the "Rating" tab, including an average overall rating. In addition, the average rating always appears prominently in the top status bar and is also visible in the overview of all subcontractors.
