How to upload certificates to Cosuno

All certifications are easily accessible and current – for both you and your contractors.

Managing and providing certifications is an important matter. However, it also takes a lot of time to respond to contractors inquiries, send certifications via email to individual project partners, and check if all certifications are still valid.

Managing certifications in Cosuno offers you the following benefits:

  • Central management for less email effort: Store all important and frequently requested certifications in Cosuno to reduce manual email distribution to contractors. Project partners can directly access all necessary certifications themselves.

  • Easily keep certifications up to date: Keep an overview of all certifications with a clear display of expiration dates and update them directly in Cosuno as needed.
    ​

  • Transparency for all project partners: Show contractors your certifications and qualifications in a simple and transparent way to build trust and reduce inquiries.


Uploading Certifications

Via the left navigation bar, you can navigate to the "Certifications" menu item.

Here you can upload and manage all types of certifications.

Click on "Create New Type of Certification" and select a type of certification that is available in Cosuno. You can also add your own types of certifications to those already predefined in Cosuno. Additionally, you can select the country for which your certification is relevant.

Examples of certifications in Germany:

  • Occupational accident insurance certificate,

  • Exemption certificate,

  • Commercial register excerpt,

  • Clearance certificate, and

  • Health insurance proof.

In addition to the predefined types of certifications in Cosuno, you can also create any type of certification directly in Cosuno.


Overview of Your Certifications

Maintain an overview of all your certifications. The clear interface displays all certifications uploaded to Cosuno along with their expiration dates. The "Status" column shows whether the certification has been uploaded and if it has expired.


Certification Requests from contractors

In the "To Be Submitted" tab (next to "My Submissions"), you will find certification requests from clients in a simple overview. Click on the respective company to see the details of the request
