The home page shows you what's waiting for you right after you log in. It brings together three things that were previously spread across the project list, the bid package list, tasks and emails:
Your tenders: how many of your bid packages are at each stage, with one click to the pre-filtered list
Your to-dos: all tasks, contract signatures, reviews and approvals waiting for you
Quick links: links to your internal systems, for example your intranet or SharePoint, managed centrally for the whole company
Note: The home page is available to companies that have it enabled.
Where to find the home page
After logging in, you land on the home page automatically instead of the project list. While your company's onboarding is still in progress, you start on Getting started as before.
You can reach the home page at any time via Home page in the sidebar.
Your tenders
The Your tenders card counts your own bid packages. These are the same bid packages you see in the bid package list when you show only your own bid packages. Bid packages in closed projects aren't counted.
The card is split into two sections by project phase.
Tendering phase
Stage | Which bid packages are counted |
Collecting bids | Published or in negotiation, the bids due date hasn't passed yet |
Evaluating bids | Published or in negotiation, the bids due date has passed, the expected awarding date is in the future or not set |
Awarding overdue | Published or in negotiation, the expected awarding date has passed |
Awarded | Awarded, in contract signing or contracted |
Estimation phase
Stage | Which bid packages are counted |
Collecting bids | Published or in negotiation, the bids due date hasn't passed yet |
Evaluating bids | Published or in negotiation, the bids due date has passed |
The estimation phase has no Awarding overdue or Awarded stages, because bid packages aren't awarded in this phase.
Tip: Bid packages without an expected awarding date stay in Evaluating bids until they're awarded. If you keep the expected awarding date up to date, late awards automatically appear under Awarding overdue.
From a stage to the list
Click a stage to open exactly those bid packages in the bid package list.
The list opens in its own view:
A banner shows which stage you're looking at ("You are viewing bid packages in this stage: …"), with the filters that apply to this stage below it. You can't edit these filters.
The list is sorted with the most urgent items at the top. For Collecting bids and Evaluating bids, that's the nearest or oldest bids due date. For Awarding overdue, it's the expected awarding date that is the longest overdue.
Search and sorting work as usual.
Click Reset view to return to your own filters.
Note: This view doesn't change your saved filters. It ends as soon as you leave or reload the page, and you can't bookmark it.
Your to-dos
The Your to-dos card shows everything currently waiting for you to act, along with how many items there are. Each item shows its type, a title, the related project and the bid package. One click takes you straight to where you complete the to-do.
Type | Title | Appears when … | Disappears when … |
Task | Name of the task | A task is assigned to you | You mark the task as done |
Contract | Sign contract with {subcontractor} | It's your turn in the signing process | You sign or upload a document and the process moves to the next step |
Review | Write a review for {subcontractor} | It's your turn to submit your review | You submit the review, or it's skipped after 25 days |
Approval | Grant approval: {process} | Your approval is requested | You approve or reject, or the approval request expires |
On the right of each item, you can see how long it has been waiting for you. The count starts on the day it became your turn:
Waiting for X days: the usual case
New and Waiting since today: the to-do was added today
X days overdue: a task is past its due date. Only tasks have a due date.
The list is sorted by waiting time, with the oldest to-do at the top. There's no limit to its length.
Note: The card only shows to-dos that are waiting for you. Items waiting for your colleagues don't appear there.
Quick links
The Quick links card shows the links your company has set up for all users. Clicking a link opens it in a new browser tab.
Setting up quick links
Administrators set up quick links under My company > Home page. They apply to the whole company: all users see the same links in the same order.
Open My company > Home page.
Click Add quick link.
Enter a display name and the URL.
Click Save.
From the list, you can edit and delete quick links, and drag and drop them into a new order. A deleted quick link disappears from every user's home page.
Tip: Enter the full URL including "https://". A URL without "http://" or "https://" opens as "http://".
While no quick links have been set up, administrators see a link to the company settings on the card. All other users see a note that their admin can set up quick links.
