Which browser should be used

For the best experience with Cosuno, use an up-to-date version of one of these browsers:

Cosuno is tested in current versions of these browsers. Other browsers and older versions may still work, but their compatibility and performance are not guaranteed.

First, update your current browser to the latest version available for your device, then restart the browser and try again:

If the problem continues, try Cosuno in a current version of another recommended browser. For example, if you normally use Safari, try Chrome or Edge.

If you cannot install a current browser version—or your browser says it is up to date but Cosuno still does not work—your computer's operating system may be too old. Ask your IT administrator about updating the operating system or using a supported device.

On Windows, Microsoft recommends moving to Windows 11 because standard support for Windows 10 has ended. Unsupported versions of Windows no longer receive regular security fixes and are at greater risk from viruses and malware. See Microsoft's guidance on unsupported Windows versions.

If Cosuno still does not work after updating or switching browsers, contact Cosuno Support and include the browser and operating system versions you are using.
