Consistent reviews across your whole company.
Reviews only help with your next award decision if everyone in the company reviews against the same standard. Administrators therefore define once which review criteria apply and how they are grouped into review templates.
Managing review criteria and templates in Cosuno gives you the following benefits:
Comparable ratings: Every review in your company is based on the same criteria, so you can compare subcontractors across projects and teams.
Separate perspectives: With several templates, different roles review the same company from their own point of view, for example site management on execution and purchasing on commercial handling.
Managed centrally: Criteria and templates are maintained in one place and apply to the entire company immediately.
Where to find the settings
Click My company under your name in the top right and open the Review templates tab. It contains two tabs: Templates and Review criteria.
Note: Company settings are only accessible to administrators. Other roles can still submit reviews.
As an administrator you can open the settings directly here: Manage review templates for your company
Create review criteria
Review criteria are the individual points a reviewer rates from one to five stars, for example adherence to schedule or quality of work.
In the Review criteria tab, click Create review criteria and define:
the name of the criterion, which must be unique within your company,
an optional description of up to 150 characters that tells your colleagues what to look at for this criterion when they fill in the review form.
Your company starts with a set of predefined criteria and a default template. You can rename, extend or delete them.
Note: Changing the name or description of a criterion applies to all reviews that have already been submitted. The stars given remain unchanged.
Create review templates
Add-on: Advanced bidder reviews. Multiple review templates are part of the add-on. Without it, your company works with a single template and you only define the review criteria.
A review template groups review criteria into a reusable form for one perspective, for example Site manager or Purchaser.
In the Review templates tab, click Create template and define:
the name of the template, which must be unique within your company,
the review criteria that belong to this template. Each criterion can be assigned to several templates.
the order of the criteria. Drag them into the order you want. They appear in exactly this order in the review form.
Note: Every template needs at least one review criterion, and your company needs at least one template. The last remaining template, and the last criterion in a template, therefore cannot be deleted.
What happens when you change templates or criteria later
Submitted reviews are preserved. In detail:
Adding a criterion to a template or removing it: Reviews that have already been submitted do not change. Only new reviews use the updated template.
Renaming a criterion or changing its description: The change appears everywhere, including in reviews already submitted.
Deleting a template: The criteria remain available in your company, and all reviews submitted with this template are preserved.
Deleting a criterion: The criterion is removed from all templates. Reviews already submitted are preserved in full.
